Founded on extensive experience within the construction industry, our aim is simple: to help homeowners ensure their new properties are completed to the quality and workmanship standards they deserve.

Our inspections are personally carried out by a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Member of the Association of Construction Quality Professionals (MACQP), bringing together professional construction knowledge and practical hands-on experience.
With a career spanning trade work, residential housebuilding, site management, construction quality assurance and estate maintenance management, we understand how buildings should be constructed, finished and handed over.
Having worked within residential construction management, we also understand the housebuilding process, recognised warranty standards and the types of defects that can occur during construction.
